A Blue Elephant Affair benefits Colonial CASA, a non-profit organization serving the abused and neglected children of Williamsburg, Poquoson, and James City & York Counties. Colonial CASA trains community volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates - citizens appointed by the local judical system to be advocates, assisting and supporting the smallest of victims, abused and neglected children who are embroiled in the court system through no fault of their own.
